At PinkSheep, we are committed to providing premium-quality hair extensions and shapewear.

Hair Extensions (Clip-Ins, Half Wigs and Ponytails)

All hair extensions are supplied in sealed packaging with a transparent window, allowing customers to view the colour before opening the package.

As the colour is visible prior to opening, customers are responsible for selecting the correct shade when placing their order.

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions may only be returned if:

The packaging remains sealed and unopened
The product is unused, unworn and unaltered
All tags and seals are intact

Once the packaging has been opened, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Shapewear

For hygiene reasons, shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Please consult the size guide carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, PinkSheep will provide an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, exchange, or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Quality Control

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. For quality assurance purposes, PinkSheep may photograph or record products during packaging to document their condition prior to shipment.
